URANYx applies quality checks at key stages of its own product development and manufacturing process, helping identify potential issues before production, during manufacturing and before shipment.
Scope of our quality assurance
These checks are part of how URANYx develops, manufactures and ships its own products, so they apply to URANYx products only. We do not offer inspection services for third-party products or other brands.
Quality certificates by factory type
URANYx products are made in factories that hold quality certifications for their product type.
Because the URANYx range spans several kinds of products, certificates are held at factory level: each factory is certified for what it makes. The certificates that apply to your products, and to the market you sell in, are shared during quotation.

Three stages of control
Each stage checks the product against what was agreed for the order.
Before production
Before production starts, we review the elements that define the order:
- Product specifications
- Approved samples
- Materials and components
- Agreed quality requirements
- Packaging and labeling requirements for the destination market
During production
While production is under way, checks compare output against the agreed specifications and approved samples, so deviations can be identified early. Where a deviation is found, we coordinate corrective action with the manufacturer.
Pre-shipment inspection
Before shipment, finished URANYx products are checked against the inspection scope agreed for the order. Depending on the product, checks can cover:
- Visual condition
- Quantity
- Packaging
- Labeling
- Selected functional checks
- Compliance with the agreed acceptance criteria
What quality checks do not replace
Our checks reduce the risk of problems reaching you. They cannot guarantee that every unit is free of defects.
They do not replace independent laboratory testing, or the testing, certification and conformity marking that the law requires in your market. Those requirements are identified and agreed for each product and destination.
